My Scribe lets you easily insert often used text by selecting from you
r own pop-up
menu. You can use My Scribe to enter your name, address, telephone number,
email
address or any other text you find yourself retyping all the time.
To use My Scribe you first create the menu items and/or sub-menus for your
pop-up
menu. Then, activate the application in which you want to insert text
and press
Ctrl+Shift+F10 or Ctrl+Right Click (those are the default hot-key c
ombinations but you
can change them.)
My Scribe will display your pop-up menu and you select the menu item corres
ponding to
the text you want inserted. My Scribe will insert the text into t
he application window.
That's all there is to it!
